Kido Paint is an innovative mobile application that reimagines how children engage with their own creativity. The Challenge

Kido Paint started with an incredible concept: using AI and AR to make children’s artwork come to life. But to bring that vision into reality, the founders needed more than just a great idea—they needed a full suite of design, development, and marketing support. The challenge was multifaceted: build a powerful mobile app that could interpret kids’ drawings and render them as engaging 3D animations; develop a playful, parent-friendly website that could communicate the magic of the app; and execute a go-to-market strategy that would help the brand grow from concept to household name.

 

This meant solving technical challenges in AI and computer vision, designing intuitive user flows for children and parents, and crafting a compelling brand story that resonated across app stores and social media.

 

Our Approach

We took a 360° approach to launching Kido Paint—starting from the ground up with branding, UX, and development.

 

App Development: We designed and built the Kido Paint mobile app with a focus on simplicity and wonder. Children can either upload or scan their drawings into the app, where our integrated AI engine interprets the artwork and generates a 3D animation of the character. Using AR, kids can then place their animated creation in the real world using their phone or tablet camera—watching their own art come alive and interact in playful, surprising ways. The experience is powered by a mix of computer vision, AI classification, and real-time 3D rendering, wrapped in a safe, child-friendly interface.

 

Website Design & Development: We created an interactive marketing website for Kido Paint that reflects the energy and creativity of the product itself. The site highlights key features, showcases animated demos, and includes clear paths for parents to download the app or learn more about how it works. Visual storytelling played a major role—we used motion graphics and real examples to show the product’s value in seconds.

 

Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy: To ensure the app reached the right audience, we supported Kido Paint with a full go-to-market strategy. This included app store optimisation (ASO), social media content creation, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns targeting parents, schools, and educational communities. We also helped develop partnerships with influencers and parent-focused platforms to spark early interest and trust.

 

The Outcome
