Maxinify is an in-house platform developed to support and connect two key audiences: local businesses looking to grow, and individuals eager to earn by helping them do so. Designed as a dual-sided ecosystem, Maxinify empowers business owners with tools to promote their services while rewarding everyday users—known as "Maxinify Customers"—who help spread the word. Whether through referrals, reviews, or direct recommendations, the platform encourages real people to participate in real growth for real businesses.

The Challenge

As a digital marketing company, we noticed a recurring pain point across our client base: many small to mid-sized businesses were struggling with visibility and lead generation, despite having great products or services. At the same time, there was a growing pool of everyday individuals—students, professionals, stay-at-home parents—who were looking for simple ways to earn extra income online, but lacked platforms they could trust or understand.

 

The opportunity was clear: what if we could build a tool that allowed businesses to grow through real-word-of-mouth, and reward the people who made it happen? That idea became Maxinify.

 

Our Approach

We developed Maxinify as a two-sided web platform with a simple, intuitive interface and a clear mission: to help businesses grow through everyday advocacy. On one side, businesses can create profiles, showcase their services, and offer incentives for actions like referrals or reviews. On the other side, Maxinify Customers can browse opportunities, complete simple marketing tasks, and earn rewards in the process.

 

From a product and UX perspective, we focused on ease of use, clear communication, and full transparency. The platform includes personalised dashboards for both business owners and users, tracking tools for performance, and automated reward systems to make earning seamless.

 

We also built an internal onboarding system to guide both parties—ensuring business owners could quickly upload offers and users could easily understand how to participate and earn.

 

Security and scalability were key considerations. We developed the backend to handle growing volumes of users and data without performance drops, and made sure the platform was secure, mobile-friendly, and designed for long-term evolution.

 

The Outcome

Since its launch, Maxinify has become a powerful growth tool for the businesses in our network and a rewarding opportunity for everyday Australians. Businesses now have a low-cost, high-impact way to get their services seen by more people—through real-world advocacy, not just ads.

 

At the same time, Maxinify Customers have embraced the chance to earn rewards by supporting brands they believe in. Whether they’re recommending a cleaning service to a neighbour or leaving a thoughtful review online, they’re making an impact—and getting paid for it.
